4. Customer Responsibilities

5. Pricing & Payments
- All quotations are based on information provided by the customer.
- Additional charges may apply if the actual volume, weight, distance, labor, or services differ from the original quotation.
- Full payment must be completed according to the agreed payment terms.
- Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold services until payment obligations are fulfilled.
6. Packing & Transportation
While R Agarwal Worldwide Movers takes utmost care during packing, loading, transportation, and unloading, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against damage caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Accidents
- Road conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Events beyond reasonable control
Customers are encouraged to opt for transit insurance whenever available.
7. Restricted & Prohibited Items
The customer shall not transport:

- Flammable materials

- Narcotics or controlled substances
